Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source & Screen potential candidates through different channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Evaluates the recruitment sources regarding quality and quantity of hires
- Analyze Probation period evaluation for new hire
Job Requirements
- Proven Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc. in Business Administration or relevant filed
- HR Professional Certificate in a Plus
