Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system failures, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, including downtime, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in maintenance.
- Experience in poultry industry is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with fans, heaters, and electrical farm panels.
- Familiarity with all electrical and mechanical faults.
- Knowledge of equipment disassembly and assembly operations.
- Work Locations ( El Wahat, Regwa, Ras Gharib, Wadi El Natroun and Matrouh ).
