Job Description

  • Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access.
  • Execute emergency plans and evacuation procedures as agreed with the safety and security team.
  • Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems in coordination with the safety & security department.
  • Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services as agreed with the services department.
  • Contracting professionals for repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities.
  • Monitoring building maintenance budgets.
  • Arranging for building improvements.
  • Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
  • Supervising grounds staff.
  • Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
  • Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
  • Maintaining records of tenants.
  • Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
  • Evaluating service providers' performance standards.
  • Enforce rules & regulations of building occupancy.
  • Assure fulfillment of compliance obligations.
  • Promote continual improvement.
  • Conform to Environmental, Occupational health, and safety management system requirements.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. Business administration, or any relevant
  • 3 - 5years of experience
  • Good in the English Language
  • Males only
  • Self-directed and highly motivated.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, Organized, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds.
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely results while maintaining a customer-service attitude.
