Job Description
- Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access.
- Execute emergency plans and evacuation procedures as agreed with the safety and security team.
- Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems in coordination with the safety & security department.
- Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services as agreed with the services department.
- Contracting professionals for repairs as needed.
- Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities.
- Monitoring building maintenance budgets.
- Arranging for building improvements.
- Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
- Supervising grounds staff.
- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
- Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
- Maintaining records of tenants.
- Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
- Evaluating service providers' performance standards.
- Enforce rules & regulations of building occupancy.
- Assure fulfillment of compliance obligations.
- Promote continual improvement.
- Conform to Environmental, Occupational health, and safety management system requirements.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Business administration, or any relevant
- 3 - 5years of experience
- Good in the English Language
- Males only
- Self-directed and highly motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, Organized, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds.
