Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:

  • Courteously answers incoming calls following a written script and properly directs call to staff or branches (CARINA, Clue, CARINA Outlet) through the switchboard or provide information. 
  •  Observes signal lights on switchboards, and dials or presses buttons to make connections. 
  • Operates communications equipment or systems.
  •  Services out-going calls and supplies proper connections. 
  • Takes down and relay messages and follows telephone etiquette.
  • Collects and verifies customer directory information, to include telephone numbers, addresses, etc.; performs data entry into a computerized database for inclusion in the system directory.
  • Researches and provides specific directory information to both internal and external enquiries, as required, in accordance with policy and procedure pertaining to the disclosure of directory information.
  • Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from the public regarding branches, phone numbers, operational hours, e.g. Return &refund policy.
  • Researches and advises on general information and services of CARINA. 
  •  Answers basic questions about CARINA &CLUE, and respond to their complaints for callers. Might give directions to the office and branches contact or staff information.
  • Follows up with customers who ordered online, who had a complaint and handles the payment process by sending the problem to the finance department and follow up with customers again. 
  •  Follow up with customers who’ve called late in the day and didn’t get their answer.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • B.A or B.SC. in any discipline.
  • Gender: Females ONLY
  • Experience: 0- 1 Years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
