Job Description
- Monitor and maintain systems, to ensure that services run smoothly, and disruptions are minimized.
- Provide guidance on payment platforms ensures users can use them efficiently, reducing user-related errors or support requests.
- Work closely with developers and operations personnel to resolve bugs, glitches, and system problems efficiently.
- Assist users in navigating and using payment systems correctly, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Document all configurations, system changes, and issues for future reference and compliance purposes, to maintain accurate and detailed records that support efficient troubleshooting and ensure system stability.
- Maintain a log of both internal system problems and external issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved.
- Address missed vouchers by ensuring they are either refunded or reprocessed, to ensure financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years in Technical Support, Preferred experience in E-payments platform.
- Keen attention to detail to monitor systems effectively and identify subtle changes.
- Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge.
- Strong Linux (scripting, searching, operate, ….).
- Accepting On-call process.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
