Job Description
- Create a project schedule that specifies the start of each process in the project as well as the completion and delivery dates for each part.
- Monitor the work of the subcontractor on the job site, communicate with the client, and write down any notes or modifications from the client on the work.
- Take an inventory of the works completed at each stage of the operation's implementation and make a statement.
- Creating extracts/periodic invoices for the client in order to collect payments for completed operations.
- Maintaining records of site receipt as well as primary and final receipt.
- Creating extracts or invoices for contractors or suppliers extracts or invoices invoices for the contractor or suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Department/ Architecture).
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
- Excellent in using Microsoft office.
- Experience in Technical office/project pricing/project costing/tendering.
- Experience in using Rivet and Auto cad .
