Job Description
- Maintaining and overseeing the different processes and procedures related to the EME projects, programs and services at Electronics Innovation Hub
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with business partners
- Maintaining the operation activities of Innovation Hub in cooperation with the external operators (Supporting, monitoring, performance review and resolving challenges)
- Maintaining technical aspects at electronics development and innovation hub
- Overseeing project milestones and coordinating the activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget
- Periodic reports for the innovation hub activities, challenges and achieved KPIs.
- Performs subcontractors’ communication, negotiation, and validates deliverables to ensure the quality, schedule and budget.
- Managing the administrative, financial and promotion activities with other supportive departments within ITIDA
- Maintaining training programs in electronics technology
- Anticipate stakeholders needs and their approval when required
Job Requirements
- +5 years experience in electronics technology (design or manufacturing) domain, Mechatronics, IoT , Robotics or embedded systems.
- Familiar with financial and procurements practices.
- Experience in Microelectronics testing and characterization is a plus
- 2 years or more project management experience.
- Good knowledge of new trends and advanced technology in electronics industry
- Familiar with startup and entrepreneur’s eco-system is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influential skills
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project tools.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strategic and critical thinking
