Job Description
- Meet the minimum expectation of 400 outbound phone calls using automated technology.
- 2 successful transfers per hour is required
- Contact recent hotel guests and conduct 2-3 minute surveys about their recent stay.
- Upon completing the survey, successfully transfer the client to the USA call center.
- Report to your supervisor or manager in case of significant problems with clients.
- Follow company rules and regulations in dealing with clients and/or co-workers
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language is a must
- Ability to work rotational shifts (5 days a week) and manage rotational weekends.
- Must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development certification, and preferably a college graduate
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure work environment.
- Familiar with customer relationships.
- Prior experience is a plus, not a must.
