Job Description

  • Meet the minimum expectation of 400 outbound phone calls using automated technology.
  • 2 successful transfers per hour is required
  • Contact recent hotel guests and conduct 2-3 minute surveys about their recent stay.
  • Upon completing the survey, successfully transfer the client to the USA call center.
  • Report to your supervisor or manager in case of significant problems with clients.
  • Follow company rules and regulations in dealing with clients and/or co-workers
     

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English language is a must
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (5 days a week) and manage rotational weekends.
  • Must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development certification, and preferably a college graduate
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Familiar with customer relationships.
  • Prior experience is a plus, not a must.
