Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. Product Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
- Attend visits to doctor’s clinics as per the schedule to evaluate needs and/or promote products
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Conduct market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails, and making calls.
- Answer all product-related questions courteously and address queries promptly.
- Attend workshops in sales and marketing.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required.
- Identify new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Make helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
- Report visits, projects, and activities to the Manager and log them into our system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
- Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic), as well as great telephone etiquette.
- Competency in MS Office
- A driving license
