Job Description
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Follow up with the customers throughout the whole cycle.
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients.
- Conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions, mobile, or any needed communication channel with both potential and existing customers.
- Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
- Maintain a professional company image at all times.
- Assess customer’s needs & solve any problems, provide assistance and information on product features.
- Follow and achieve the department’s sales target on a monthly basis.
- Report the visits & their outcome to the direct manager on daily basis.
