Job Description
- Information regarding country travel rules, prices, and policies.
- Reservation & booking by using the airline system.
- Follow-up with the teams.
- Creating daily reports.
- Handling requests of the management.
- Resolve complaints while providing effective solutions.
- Handling all travel agents' requests from booking and issuing tickets.
- Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets.
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Prepare and locate records and information for the teams.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Keep records and information.
- Follow up on the Ques on Amadeus.
- Handle emergency requests.
Job Requirements
- Males & Females Can Apply & Males are preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in any travel agency (airlines tasks) or any related field
- Amadeus/Saber knowledge is a must.
- Graduates only & Bachelor Degree Holders.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Languages: English Very Good / Excellent
- Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
