Job Description
- Representing the company and the executive members of the Board of Directors before governmental and non-governmental bodies, real estate registration and documentation, the Civil Status Authority, the Chamber of Commerce, the Commercial Registry, traffic units, telecommunications companies, and social insurance.
- Undergo ongoing training to stay updated about changes and new developments in the legal field.
- Conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a administrative Lawyer or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a administrative Lawyer
- Informed and knowledgeable about Egyptian labor law
