Job Description
- Draft, review, negotiate and advice on all types of bilingual contracts/agreements and legal documents to which Company is a part to ensure that it is in the organization’s best interest.
- Provides legal advice, assistance all departments as needed related to contractual or legal matters for conducting Company related business activities.
- Advice internal departments on all aspects of the law relating to their prime activities such as that the company’s interests are furthered and protected
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, public authorities. etc.), and represents the Company to external parties in legal matters.
- Briefing and advices the employees on various subjects.
- Responsible for following up on all TM registration, Intellectual property, filing oppositions, litigation.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to Employees.
- Assess in all needs of the business, processes and methods to mitigate legal or compliance related business risks.

- 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing area
- Negotiate settlements
