Job Description

The key account section head is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in
the company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key
account section head must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
He will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work
within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.
The key account section head will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts
and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
As a key account section head, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and
improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional key account section head
should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of
services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different
countries.
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve client results.
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies,
labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and
logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
• Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase
profitability.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English
  •  Passionate and flexible to travel long distances
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Preferable to have MBA Degree
  • +7 years of experience in key account management in the international Markets.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
