Job Description

  • Follow up the deliveries of all the company`s clients.
  • Provide after-sales service for clients
  • Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining work plan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution
  • Receiving the Projects’ data and aspects from CPU department and work in customizing the offers and preparing orders with the factories
  • Provide a needed technical support to the salesmen and the clients if needed.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating the product availability and ensure preparing a stock for the products in company’s stores.
  • Customizing Financial Offers
  • Provide the management with various reports as required.
  • Preparing Products’ price list
  • Coding products on Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.
  • Follow up on the payment process with Factories
  • Receiving the Bills from the factory after delivering the order
  • Reviewing Bills and ensure its validation with the stores.
  • Follow up with the Sales men to ensure clients received the best service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree.
  • Experience from 1-2 years.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management & Follow up.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good in English Language
