Job Description
- Follow up the deliveries of all the company`s clients.
- Provide after-sales service for clients
- Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining work plan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution
- Receiving the Projects’ data and aspects from CPU department and work in customizing the offers and preparing orders with the factories
- Provide a needed technical support to the salesmen and the clients if needed.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the product availability and ensure preparing a stock for the products in company’s stores.
- Customizing Financial Offers
- Provide the management with various reports as required.
- Preparing Products’ price list
- Coding products on Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.
- Follow up on the payment process with Factories
- Receiving the Bills from the factory after delivering the order
- Reviewing Bills and ensure its validation with the stores.
- Follow up with the Sales men to ensure clients received the best service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree.
- Experience from 1-2 years.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Time Management & Follow up.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in English Language
