Job Description
- Manage workshop operations which include organizing, setting up, and optimizing Breadfast production
- Check all Breadfast production machines and utilize the technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity and profit
- Optimize Breadfast production lines efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
- Ensure that all Breadfast products specifications and customer requirements are adhered to Breadfast quality standards
- Develop and introduce new methods and ways to enhance the production lines productivity
- Make sure Breadfast production is cost-effective and feasible for the organization
- Monitor the day-to-day operations in addition to supervising the technical staff
- Ensure that internal/external PPM “Parts Per million” figures are within Breadfast targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory of tools, machinery, supplies, parts, and related equipment
- Set the training requirements and monitor their effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
