Job Description
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, training, and HR operations. - Execute all talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, talent pools, and headhunting, to attract and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Participating in strategic organizational development initiatives that drive business transformation, improve organizational effectiveness, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participating in leadership development programs, succession planning, and career pathing strategies to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and develop targeted training programs to address skill gaps, enhance employee performance, and foster professional growth.
- Implement and optimize HR solutions and systems to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall HR efficiency
- Oversee complex HR operational processes, including end-to-end management of payroll systems, benefits administration, and employee performance management.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees on complex HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and organizational change
- Implement and develop HR strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive high levels of job satisfaction and retention.
- Lead initiatives to address and resolve employee grievances, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions to maintain a fair and equitable work environment.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Leverage advanced HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making, including the use of metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights on HR trends, workforce dynamics, and program outcomes to executive leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives.
- Lead the implementation of policy changes, ensuring effective communication and training to promote understanding and adherence across the organization.
- Well knowledge with the ISO requirements and internal audit (Quality, Safety, Process, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Senior HR Generalist ( Preferable Constructions & Engineering Companies Background )
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- Additional HR Certificates or Diploma will be a plus.
