Job Description
Responsible for successful delivery of the Project Including:
Prepare Project estimates, budgets, schedules, and forecasted schedule for Ground Improvement works.
Participate in & lead risk assessment and actively manage the risk of the ground improvement Projects.
Ensures safety & QA QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing & specifications.
Liaise with QAQC and Contract for Project Handovers and prepare paper for project handover
Prepare Project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans.
Managing, reviewing and monitoring the actual performance of ground improvement activities onsite.
Ensuring that the site works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Ensuring current construction issue drawings are available at site and followed.
Coordinate with the Project Superintendents, surveyors and Sub-contractors.
Preparations of submittals to the consultants.
Monitoring the sub-contract's daily site activities, including program, labor strength, safety etc.
Resolving drawing coordination, site detailing and site construction methods on day-to-day basis ensuring all inspections are carried out at a time requested to Consultants and recorded.
Maintain effective on going communication with construction and contractor and management teams
Perform other Project engineering & Project Management related duties.
Monitor and supervises the Project Engineer's routine work
Responsible For:
Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project (s).
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are made and submitted regularly.
Ensure site safety standards are maintained.
Day to day processing of information including RFl's Submittals, shop drawings etc.
Ensure element of the projects is constructed in accordance with the contractual documents.
Assisting Managers in providing details on site progress and details.
This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for — at times you will be ask to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.

Job Requirements
_Educational Qualifications & Certifications;
Engineering Degree (M.Tech or B.Tech)in Civil engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification
_Function specific experience;
Project Engineering, Management Experience or equivalent combination of Trainings and experience.
_Industry related experience;
Marine operation
_Years of experience;
Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience
