Job Description
- Validate correct knowledge source.
- Share observations and recommendations for continuous improvement of CSAs.
- Perform CSR duties for a specified period each month or of the year for the relevant channels (eq: contact mining).
- Proactively offering support and assistance to all CSAs on the floor (eq: DART, floor walking or mentoring).
- Conduct on-site short huddles, refreshers.
- Supporting employees in achieving communication and performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Very good English is a must.
- Customer service experience in a call center setting.
- Very Good Skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good problem-solving skills.
- Good coaching skills.
