Job Description

  • Validate correct knowledge source.
  •  Share observations and recommendations for continuous improvement of CSAs.
  • Perform CSR duties for a specified period each month or of the year for the relevant channels (eq: contact mining).
  • Proactively offering support and assistance to all CSAs on the floor (eq: DART, floor walking or mentoring).
  • Conduct on-site short huddles, refreshers. 
  • Supporting employees in achieving communication and performance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Very good English is a must.
  • Customer service experience in a call center setting.
  • Very Good Skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good problem-solving skills.
  • Good coaching skills.
