Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and review procurement documents, including requests for proposals (RFPs), purchase orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specifications for construction projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contract terms, including quality standards and delivery schedules.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials and equipment for ongoing construction projects.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce project costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
Provide support and guidance to project teams on procurement-related matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to obtain favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
5 to 12 years of experience
Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.
