Job Description
- Establish and regularly update the supplier’s data base for all company main materials and purchases, based on criteria of cost, quality, exclusivity, availability, delivery time, and longevity.
- Effective manage all Purchase Requests from all departments of the company.
- Support the tendering team in the pre-bidding phase
- Coordinate with the Warehousing Section to ensure receiving the purchased materials from the suppliers.
- Develop and implement cost-saving plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in a senior supply chain management position in the Electrical Construction Industry Is a Must.
- Previous experience in foreign purchasing is preferred.
- Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs, and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills with demonstrated success in managing complex supplier relationships.
- Excellent English verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to work well through others.
- Excellent computer skills.
