Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Confirm shipping bookings declaration, contact, and communicate with both freight forwarders and shipping lines to get rates, looking for transit time, free time, and other factors.
- ⁠Receive and review all shipping documents as BL, Invoice, packing lists, CO, EUR 1, etc...
- Update a detailed daily sheet, accurately recording all shipment information such as origin, destination, shipping method, carrier details, delivery dates, and Documents status.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
- ⁠Coordinate with customs brokers to finalize shipments on time.
- ⁠Receive and review freight invoices from different service providers.
* ⁠Liaise with the Trade finance department to ensure sending the shipping instructions on time and meet the L/C instructions.
* ⁠Receive and review freight invoices from different service providers.
* Communicate and respond to different logistics inquiries.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics field.
- Minimum of 2 years in Logistics industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
* Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Basics of E-Logistics (ERP_ TMS).
* Fluent in English is a must.
