Job Description
• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required to complete the export and import process.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Set shipment plans based on product availability and customer requests
• Plan expenditures and monitor transportation costs
• Maintains supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Ensures compliance with global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
• Review the
•updated documentation for (invoices, and bills of lading).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce, customs major/ logistics and supply chain or any other relevant degree.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years.
- Experience in “Draw Back” work system is preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Good office skills.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills .
