- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

- Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
- Excellent experience in handling Customer facing applications
- Providing L1 & L2 application support
- Good experience in ITSM tools.
- Good knowledge in ITIL framework
- Graduate of computer science or engineering
- 5+ years of experience
