Job Description
- Plans, books and tracks the inbound and outbound transports (regular and premium)
- Ensures the completeness of shipping documents and record shipment in the transportation management system
- Verifies and pre-approves invoices related to transportation services
- Supports the service provider management in the plant
- Issues and manages logistics complaints related to transportation and warehouse services
- Permanently optimizes the transportation routes and trucks utilization
- Provides tracking information to other relevant departments
- Identifies possible transport problems
- Plans and monitors transportation costs
- Gathers data and updates Logistics Network KPI's
- Ensures the compliance with the local, regional and global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
Job Requirements
- University degree in transportation, SCM or comparable (Fresh graduate)
- Excellent command of English.
- Flexibility and working under stress.
- Multi-tasks oriented.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking.
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
- Very good communication skills.
