Respond to work orders from Production to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Prioritize critical equipment by creating inspection schedules and maintaining safety stock levels for essential parts.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth production flow.
Oversee major repairs and overhauls for plant facilities and equipment, ensuring they meet performance targets.
Monitor the health of mechanical machinery to optimize performance and avoid downtime.
Inspect and approve spare parts received for the warehouse.
Proactively assess spare part needs and initiate purchase requests to maintain stock levels.
Supervise mechanical maintenance technicians during your shift, fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals.
Track and update preventive maintenance orders within the designated maintenance system.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering.
1-4 years of experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Engineer or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to diagnose equipment problems and identify solutions.
Expert in using maintenance catalogs and managing spare parts inventory.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
CAD drawing skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc..) is a plus.
Experience in glass & steel fabrication and hydraulic systems is a plus.
