Job Description
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical failures and perform repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, pumps, and robotic systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend equipment life and enhance productivity.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and operators in the troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; generate reports for management review.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce operational costs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
