Job Description
- Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators
- Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities to upper management.
Operational (process) –
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- create & classify customers data base on Odoo (Ex. Consultant/ real estate/ clubs/ hotels…)
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Talent & Value (people):
- Train and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new competitors and competition status.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Customer Satisfaction (internal and external):
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Serving as the face of the company to internal and external partners.
- Advising sales team on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
- Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.
Job Requirements
Academic & trades qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in same industry with at least 3 years as a sales manager in construction field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Own a car

- Experience in the sports field and landscape is a plus
