Job Description

  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
  • Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators
  • Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities to upper management.

Operational (process) – 

  • Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
  • create & classify customers data base on Odoo (Ex. Consultant/ real estate/ clubs/ hotels…)  
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules

Talent & Value (people): 

  • Train and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new competitors and competition status.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Customer Satisfaction (internal and external):  

  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service. 
  • Serving as the face of the company to internal and external partners.
  • Advising sales team on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
  • Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.

Job Requirements

 

Academic & trades qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience in same industry with at least 3 years as a sales manager in construction field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Own a car 

Personal Competencies

  • Experience in the sports field and landscape is a plus
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Ready to work outside Cairo
  • Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
