Duties and responsibilities: -
● Generate and qualify leads to fill sales pipeline.
● Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
● Achieve cold calling, messaging and decision maker reach targets.
● Provide market feedback on client needs, business trends, competition and market
dynamics.
● Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate
prospective clients about the company services portfolio.
● Open communication channels with key decision makers and stakeholders.
● Respond to prospective client's questions and concerns and handle objections
effectively.
● Setup and attend client meetings and create sales proposals.
● Maintain sales funnel log and ensure continuous follow up on prospects accounts.
● Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients.
● Submit periodical own work reports.
● Achieve leads utilization, prospecting and sales revenue targets.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: -
● BA of Commerce, Business Administration or relevant degree.
● Fluent Spoken and Written English is a MUST.
● Excellent business writing.
● High Degree of self confidence and presentation skills.
● Excellent user of MS office tools.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role in IT/Software/Outsourcing.
● Certificate in sales and marketing is plus.
● Passion for sales and ambition to make a personal difference.
● Positive can-do attitude and ability to handle ambiguity.
● Self-starter, excellent communication and time management skills.
