  • Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services

  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements

  • B2, C1 Italian language proficiency (Fluent)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Maintain customers satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Very good Communication & computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Flexible with rotational shifts
  • Preferably Alexandria Resident
