Job Description
- Work and communicate effectively with software developers, marketing, and managers to write and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content for both company and our external clients (page titles, Meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Writing high quality content for the guest posts.
- Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Proofread existing content for mistakes and inconsistencies.
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, videos, and blogs.
- Assess, analyze and evaluate versatile audiences, including non-technical users, system administrators, integrators, and programmers.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in technical writing in software industries.
- Previous portfolio on both English and Arabic SEO content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Knowledge of IT Network or technology network such as web hosting, VPS hosting and dedicated hosting.
- Experience in Wordpress.
- Knowledge of analytics tools.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
- Strong research skills.
- Creativity & resourcefulness.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
