Job Description
- Collaborate with the Marketing Supervisor to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with the sales department to enhance and support Delta Lighting's brand image through various marketing initiatives.
- Assist the Marketing Supervisor in crafting a comprehensive brand awareness strategy.
- Aid in the planning and execution of events under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.
- Monitor budget and spending for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Possess the ability to write clear and concise briefs to guide marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Graduated from, preferably, AUC, GUC, or MIU.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a driven, proactive, creative, and passionate approach to work.
