Job Description
- Contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of projects often happening concurrently.
- Take ownership of medium to large scale design and production packages under the supervision of the design / Project Director.
- Organize graphically develop client presentation.
- Work within agreed design standards and parameters with senior staff.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the expectations of senior staff.
- Use Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to support collaboration work practices and achievements of team goals.
- Manage own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in urban design, Urban planning landscape architecture, Or related field and preferably with a professional affiliation ( or eligible for membership).
- Min. 5 years of Exp in urban design, urban planning, and master planning.
- Proficiency Design software (Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Max, Sketch UP, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced High-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
