Job Description
- Preparation of the tender plan during the BID (Packing, RFQS, offers, comparison sheet)
- Create estimates and breakdowns for items.
- Study the project documents to identify the civil scope of work.
- Develop and verify materials, equipment and bulk quantities related to civil sector from the drawings if required.
- Quantity survey fir accessories and additional items to complete the breakdown for items from project drawings.
- Prepare the technical proposal ( vendor list , subcontractor list , mobilization plan )
- Perform site visits and collect all the required data for the project.
Job Requirements
- Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineer.
- Experience: 3-7years of experience in infrastructure
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office, ERP system, Autocade
