Job Description
- Collect customers’ payments in accordance with payment due dates.
- Receive payments and posts collected amounts to the bank/collection department.
- Contact delinquent account customers by phone, mail, letters & visits in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Submit invoices & warning letters in a timely manner.
- Resolves customers’ billing problems, applying good customer service.
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
- Communicate & follow up effectively with the finance team, sales team, & service team regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Performs other needed functions as assigned by the collection manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must, preferable in accounts or legal.
- Good English and Microsoft office skills.
- Age not exceeding 28 years.
- Previous experience is a plus.
