We are a fast-growing company with over 10 years’ experience providing clients with real results. We have a diverse team of marketers, designers, writers, developers and video producers in house and we're now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager (Program Manager), to join our ever-expanding team. We're offering a full time, permanent role with a work from home option.
As Project Manager, you will evaluate, design, implement, measure, monitor and control project/ business processes, ensuring that all process outcomes are in alignment with the digital agency's strategic objectives.
We are based in the UK and Ireland - but have a team in Egypt. This position will be to join the team in Egypt. We no longer have a local office, so it will be a work from home role, unless you prefer for an office. It will be to work UK time - which is a 1 hour time difference. Duties Include:
- Build and maintain strong team relationships, acting as the main internal point of contact for all Project Management aspects of projects, keeping them controlled from project initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and lead all project review meetings.
- Build strong working relationships with the design, web development, client relations and marketing teams to facilitate project briefings, the communication of project updates and client feedback through to project completion.
- Developing project product packages and associated templates for all services.
- Working with departmental managers to review all key organisation processes (currently all informal); map current processes; redesign key processes for quality, efficiency and consistency; implement new processes; monitor and review new processes under process of continual improvement.
- Designing and implementing project management reporting processes.
- Product Champion for Teamwork, providing specialist expert advice to all users; developing and implementing a training plan.
- Overseeing resourcing and scheduling to ensure projects remain within budget, on time and that staff time is logged accurately.
- Adhering to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time management.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Digital Marketing related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management role (preferably within a small, busy, business/ agency environment), including:
- Managing Project Budgets
- Resource Planning and Management
- Preparation & Communication of Project Timelines (Critical Paths/GANTT charts)
- Project documentation (Proposals, Scope of Work, Change log, Lessons learned log)
- Status reports
- Meeting minutes & actions
- You must be able to progress work through with the project team and manage third party suppliers if required
- Experience successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in managing web design and development projects
- Demonstrable experience of developing effective working relationships, with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written English
- A willingness to take responsibility for quality, deadlines and budgets
- An eye for details, proactive and able to take the initiative
- A positive attitude, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure
- Experience in using project management systems and processes
- Solutions focused
- Flexible and adaptable to meet and respond to evolving and emerging business needs
- Strong IT skills
Desirable requirements:
- Project Management qualification
- Experience in project managing web development and digital marketing projects
