Job Description

• Coordinate and execute SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Track performance and engagement metrics of messaging campaigns to optimize results.

• Manage data entry for marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Follow up with key directed persons to maintain up-to-date records and ensure all data is organized.

• Respond to all customer messages and comments on social media.

• Enter customer data into Google Sheets and Odoo, maintaining an organized database.

• Follow up with customers who haven’t provided phone numbers to ensure all inquiries are answered.

• Prepare monthly reports detailing customer interactions and campaign performance and present them to the Marketing Manager.

• Moderate social media channels, forums, and community groups, ensuring user content complies with company policies.

• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and promoting constructive interaction.

• Document and follow up on marketing-related administrative tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving internal processes and external engagement.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to community management, digital marketing, and customer engagement. 

 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media moderation.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Flexibility and proactivity

• Customer oriented and Strong communication skills

• Building rapport with customers

• Following up with customers

• Maintain relationships with our customers

• Time management skills

•Excellent command of English ( written – spoken )

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
