Technical Support Engineer

• Startup & commission for Compressed Air Systems
• Service and identify solutions to any technical issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Assess the root cause of problem & prepare accurate & timely reports
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Follow up with clients to ensure their machines are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Develop and upgrade personally and upgrade service function
