Job Description
- Manage the company expansion projects as per the aligned timelines.
- Scan and select the required warehouses, cross dock stations and sales offices as per the company standards.
- Predict resources needed to reach the expansion objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare the project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet the aligned budget.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as project Manager/coordinator or Site Launcher.
- Open to travel within different sites in Egypt.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong analytical and execution mindset.
- Very good leadership skills, high communication skills to work cross functionally across different levels in the organization.
- Time Management skills
