Job Description
- Performing and following up on site execution
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned civil activities at site.
- Monitoring and supervising civil construction work at stie.
- Interacting daily with the clients to discuss the work progress and handover every stage of the work.
- Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status
- Coordination with Equipment and materials suppliers for site requirements.
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with projects manager
- Reviewing engineering deliverables and coordinating between the client and the engineering office.
- Preparation of As-built drawings.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Updating projects' schedules by reporting daily progress to planning Engineer.
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of construction subcontractors.
- Issuing final actual quantity surveying ports to prepare invoices & variation orders.
- Coordinate and direct site staff to execute project activates.
- Guide and monitor site staff and prepare periodic performance reports for all site staff members.
- Prepare daily progress reports, and other reports that will be required.
- Ensure that the subcontractors apply construction quality standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Reputable Governmental University.
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
- At lease 3 years of Experience in concrete tanks construction in water treatment stations.
- Ready to Join Immediately is a Must .
- Ability to guide and supervise carpenters, steel workers and other staff at site.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills particularly with the Client.
- High Leadership Skills.
