Job Description
- Review tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.
- Manage associated cost preparation, breakdown responsibilities
- Develop the technical skills of the Tenders & estimation team
- Timely management of tender activities
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order
- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, and review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Arch engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in a tendering and estimation position
- Alexandria residence
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia’s market is preferable.
