Job Description
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering from one of the accredited universities (Mechanics - Electricity)
- Experience (10-20) years of contracting work, including at least 5 years of project management in contracting companies.
- Experience in indoor (Electrical & HVAC & Plumping & Firefighting) and familiar with various systems (chillers & low current & Infrastructure ...)
Project Manager's core functions:

Detailed tasks of the project manager:
- Defining the project's objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.
- Identifying resource requirements, managing resources and working towards their provision and allocation and employing all available and special resources to implement and service the project.
- Prepare a detailed plan that includes the project's main features, courses of action and activities.
- Manage and modify any changes in the scope of the project, schedule or budget and approve them from the company's management.
- Monitor project costs on an ongoing basis so that the project is operated according to pre-planned cash flows while monitoring future projections and setting perceptions and alternatives when needed.
- Ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the pre-planned criteria.
- Conduct all ongoing contacts and follow-up with the competent authorities (owner & consultant & government agencies...).
- Follow-up submission of the required periodic reports from the entities (owner & consultant & company management...)
- Follow-up on additional orders and claims for the project and ensure that the company's rights with respect to it are preserved.
- Follow-up archiving of project documents.
- Follow-up to the work of the project's technical office
- Follow-up on project supplies
- Follow-up warehouses and minimum inventory required for the project.
- Control of subcontractors' work and extracts
- Monitor the performance and completion of the project's work in accordance with the approved timetable and monitor the prospects for the project's completion and develop its own perceptions and alternatives as necessary.
- Monitoring the application of security and safety requirements
- Monitoring the execution of the works with the required quality
- Delivering the project according to plan and reporting on its status to the task force and key stakeholders.
- The skills required for the project manager:
- Ability to manage resources, allocate tasks and identify responsibilities.
- Ability to plan thoughtfully and know all the methodological plans of the project and explain them to all employees.
- Follow-up on the project and fully supervise its implementation.
- Ability to create effective and fast communication between all components of the project internally and externally.
- Timely and sound decision-making
- Ability to coordinate all disciplines (administrative and technical) which requires the proficiency of various engineering programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
- FIDIC background is a must.
- Infrastructure background is a must.
