Job Description
- Maximize the opportunity of sales by providing sound advice about properties to potential buyers
- Generate leads to attract potential customers and create a powerful database
- Close deals in cooperation with finance and legal departments
- Present the company profile to the new customer for warm-up and build his trust
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Present the whole project and available properties, interpret layouts and plans using (brochures, presentation, videos, maquettes .. etc)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with brokers on daily basis, provide them with updated price list and other data and execute their requests
- Close deals with client and prepare necessary documents involved in the selling process. (specify unit, fill out reservation form, obtain required credentials, print payment sheet)
- Coordinate with finance and legal departments for signing contract and complete the process and follow up until the customer receive his contract
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Find new clients and create powerful database from all relevant sources (brokers, SN sites, referrals, historical data... etc.)
- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements and recommend appropriate property investments to make
- Assist walk-ins and over the phone leads and schedule meetings for potential buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements and represent the company in promotional activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
