AG Group is establishing a new Cost Control Engineer Department, which will be responsible for tracking and managing the costs of all ongoing and future projects, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing key insights to optimize project budgeting and expenditure control.

Job Conditions:
- Location: New Cairo, Egypt
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: open budget based on interview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed cost control systems, monitoring project expenditures.
- Prepare and submit regular cost reports, providing variance analysis against project budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish cost forecasts and identify potential budget risks.
- Track changes in project scope, update budgets accordingly and prepare change orders.
- Analyze historical cost data to improve accuracy in future cost estimates.
- Support project procurement processes by evaluating costs and negotiating with vendors.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to senior management based on project performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost control within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Candidates should either reside near New Cairo or be willing to commute to the site location in New Cairo.
