Techsquad is hiring a Full Stack MERN Team Leader to join our growing web development team.
Roles and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to
- Work across the entire product life cycle: concept, design, development, deployment, testing, release, support
- Write modular & well-organized code.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.
- Manage other team members and guide them through day-to-day practice at the office.
- Ensure clean code and standards are being followed by each developer in the team.
- Lead daily standups and ensuring every team is well oriented to the whole project workflow.
- Provide monthly feedback to the Higher management on the performance of each team member.
- Sprint planning and tasks management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the areas of Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Engineering or any other related fields
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Good command of English
- Software engineering leadership experience
- Experience managing teams of engineers, ideally teams of 4-8 Individuals
- Ability to understand how our business functions and how challenges and bottlenecks can be addressed through the engineering team.
- Collaborative, team-centric mindset. We are a small but mighty team and everyone must be aligned on our goals.
- Overall track record of professional and academic success
Technical Skills:
- Expert in MERN Stack
- Strong knowledge of javascript, JSON.
- Strong with Nodejs
- Expert with Front-end development is a plus like React js.
- Expert in unit testing
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of design patterns and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Live sockets.
- Strong Experience in GIT.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Strong Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Expert in automatic building and CI/CD systems
- Strong understanding of Relational database, NoSQL.
