Job Description
- Managing & controlling day to day operation of promotion department.
- Experience in FMCG distribution and Promotion.
- Ability to manage big team covering all governates in Egypt and develop manpower and resources and manage their performance toward achieving company's goals.
- Coaching and development of efficient promotion team
- Establish strong business relationship with key potential clients and customers.
- Developing and managing effective promotion strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
- Conducting employee evaluations and suggesting improvements as needed.
- Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.
- Welling to travel to all governates in Egypt and make sure that operation is optimum in all branches.
- Work with marketing and sales departments to meet company needs and objectives and manage promotions efficiently.
- Strong experience in on-ground activations, roadshow and conducting product detailing at big scale managing team of supervisors and promotional representatives.
- Analysing and developing performance reports and proposing alternatives and future promotion plans
- Managing and coordinating with internal and external staff members responsible for creating and delivering different types of promotions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven work experience in the same title.
- High leadership capabilities and proven people performance management record.
- Coaching skills and people development ability.

- Excellent communication, analysis and reporting skills.
