Job Description
- Ensure you have the required quality, quantity, completion time and resources available for tasks you are assigned.
- Fuel monitoring , activities and measurements
- Preparing Fuel’s reports send them to power station matching for confirming midnight measurements and qty. discharged in tanks
- Conducting Daily Store men meeting
- They put the daily action plans for the shipments expected to arrive
- Look after fuel trucks allocation
- On daily Basis Leading hand arrange for some stocks takes which they print out for store men to conduct the counting (issuance, receipt and cyclic stock takes)
- On daily basis EUs and buyers send Diff quires regarding stock items and shipments which consume a lot of time to be solved as it is consider as an unplanned task
- Store men gives feedback for the any damaged or missing items in shipment which LH has to do the corrective action matching with WH procedures After Store men hand over the documents to LH to review the whole orders
- To reconcile all bulk items issuance in a way match books with physical stock
- Review all cost codes and do the corrections
- Direct and monitor your subordinates to ensure agreed targets are achieved
- Direct Leading for the teams during annual stockade
- Coordinate with power station for issuing the Lubes.
Job Requirements
- High education (preferred graduated from faculty of commerce )
- 4 years’ Experience in warehousing field as general with 2 years’ Experience in a similar field
- Very Good Written & Oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent MS Office
- Very good user for the system
- Good Analysis skills
- Well understanding for the logic system use
