About the Job
CorporateStack is growing and looking for a talented Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our customers in Egypt.
The Role
- This is a target carrying position
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of CorporateStack SaaS solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
- Act as an escalation point-of-contact for the customer engagement life cycle.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the solutions
- Maintain a great relationship with the customers
- Identify the potential organizations who are strategically aligned with our Go-to-market strategy to fast-track CorporateStack growth into Egypt Market
- Manage the communication and collaborate with commercial and technical teams of CorporateStack to build and achieve the pipeline agreed
