Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Indoor - Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products to customers inside our stores, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets:
- Greet and assist customers in our stores, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have
- Promote and sell our products to customers, using effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Help with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the field of mobile phones and accessories or electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or higher education level
- Males only.
