Job Description
Job Title: Audit Manager.
Location: Alexandria, Egypt.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our Bridgewater For Audit Services Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in public accounting and a passion for leadership.
Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager, you will:
- Manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining audit strategies in consultation with the Director/Partner, and ensuring they align with firm policies and protocols.
- Execute complex audit procedures and lead audit teams, depending on engagement size and complexity.
- Organize engagement staffing, manage budgets, and proactively communicate project issues.
- Participate in business development initiatives and help build client relationships.
- Ensure work delivered to clients meets the highest quality standards.
- Identify and escalate potential risks in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to support the firm's professional presence.
- Foster a positive learning culture by mentoring, supervising, and coaching junior team members.
- Play a key role in people’s initiatives including recruiting, training, and retaining assurance professionals.
- Contribute to the ongoing education and development of the audit team through active involvement in training programs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, English section, Master's preferred.
CPA/CA or equivalent certificate preferred but not required.
- 7–10 years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding soft skills include time management, communication, and decision-making.
- Proficient in English reading and writing B2–C1 level.
